  • The average student loses approximately 2.6 months of grade-level equivalency in mathematical computation skills over the summer months. (Research compiled for an Association for Public Policy Analysis and Management Conference report.)

Dr. Grandin did not talk until she was three and a half years old. She was fortunate to get early speech therapy. Her teachers also taught her how to wait and take turns when playing board games.  What our parents say…

want to thank you for all the work you have done with Mason over the past school year. Your efforts have made a tremendous impact on him. We have both seen a difference. He can now easily read things he struggled with before starting with you. He is also now to a point I don’t have to sit with him to get homework done because he is reading and comprehending on his own.

Just last week the teacher sent home some benchmark testing for reading/vocabulary/comprehension that showed the improvement; same test given once in December (right at the beginning of his sessions) and the other taken just last week. His score on first test was 8 out of 22 correct. The second was 16 out of 22 (the required number for passing). He was very proud of himself. :). He sees the difference. Your work has been great for him. I am grateful.

Dear Nne,

Many thanks, I received the  assessment result you sent.  I am glad to see there was a big improvement in his processing speed and working memory.  I must say he has improved remarkably in his school work this term.

Kind Regards.
